Privacy Policy

MotoTuner is operated by Equistro Labs LLC (“we”). This policy explains what we collect when you use the MotoTuner iOS and Android apps and mototuner.com.

What we collect

• Account. Email, display name, and sign-in identifiers from Apple, Google, or email/password.
• Rider and bike data. Weight, gear weight, skill/group, bikes, setup sheets, sessions, prep checklists, and diagnostics you enter.
• Location (optional). Only to fetch nearby weather for tire-pressure advice. You can type a city instead. We do not track you in the background.
• Diagnostics. Crash logs and performance data via Firebase Crashlytics and, when configured, Sentry.
• Usage analytics. Anonymous events via Firebase Analytics.
• Purchases. Subscription status is processed by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. We do not store your full card number.
• Push tokens. If you allow notifications, we store a device token for the alerts you turn on.
• Crew chief (optional). We send facts on your current bike, sheet, and recent tests to Google Firebase AI to draft a triage. Do not enter medical or other sensitive data in the question box.

How we use it

To sign you in, sync your pit board, grade sag and tires, send optional weather-based pressure alerts you turn on, run crew-chief triage you request, fix crashes, and understand which tools riders use. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data with processors who help run the app: Firebase (Google), including Firebase AI when you use Crew chief; RevenueCat; and Apple/Google for store billing.

Retention and deletion

Delete your account in the app: Settings → Delete Account. You can also email natalie@equestrolabs.com. We erase Firestore data we control within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax, fraud, or legal reasons.

Children

MotoTuner is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
