Track-day setup checklist

A good club day is boring on purpose. The pit board is set before you leave the driveway. The bag is packed. Sag is a number, not a vibe.

On the pit board (before you roll)

  1. Today’s track and date
  2. Active bike — the one you are actually unloading
  3. One setup sheet (copy last time at this track if you have it)
  4. Clicker convention written: from closed or from open
  5. Cold tire pressures you will set in the shade

What to pack

MotoTuner seeds a club-day bag you can check off and reset next Saturday. Rename a line if your club is picky. Restore missing catalog rows without overwriting the one you renamed.

At the track

  1. Set cold pressures in the shade
  2. Measure sag if the bike or the rider changed
  3. Confirm clickers against the sheet
  4. Out-lap does not count. Fly. Log one change.

That is the whole sport of setup. Everything else is a story you tell at the van.

MotoTuner is a pit-board app, not a race engineer. Calculators are handbook rules of thumb. You own how the motorcycle is set.
